The website, blog, emails, messages, and any downloadable materials are for general information and entertainment only. They are not legal, insurance, medical, financial, safety‑certification, or other professional advice. Seek qualified advice from the appropriate professional or competent authority for your circumstances.

⚠️ Important Legal Notice: This disclaimer covers all content, communications, and materials provided by CV BBDINDOKAYA. Nothing here constitutes professional advice of any kind. For matters requiring professional guidance—including legal compliance, insurance coverage, medical concerns, or financial decisions—consult qualified professionals or relevant authorities directly.

Binding Terms: In case of any conflict or inconsistency, your signed Rental Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable Indonesian law shall prevail over any general information provided here.

2) Local Laws & Compliance

Traffic and licensing rules, enforcement practices, and documentation requirements vary by locality and change without notice. Indonesian traffic law operates at national, provincial, and local levels, with specific regulations that may differ between areas like Denpasar, Ubud, Canggu, and other regions. Police checkpoints are common throughout Bali, and officers have discretionary enforcement powers that can result in immediate penalties for violations.

You are legally required to carry valid documentation at all times while operating a motor vehicle in Indonesia. This includes a valid motorcycle licence or International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle endorsement, the vehicle registration document (STNK), and valid identification (passport for foreigners). Failure to produce these documents during routine checks can result in immediate fines ranging from IDR 250,000 to IDR 1,000,000 or higher, depending on the violation and local jurisdiction.

We strongly recommend verifying current requirements with Indonesian authorities such as local police (Polri), SAMSAT offices, or the Indonesian Embassy in your home country before travel. Legal requirements can change due to new regulations, seasonal enforcement campaigns, or special events. Always carry original documents—photocopies may not be accepted. If you ride without proper documentation, consequences may include fines, vehicle impoundment, detention, or deportation in severe cases.

3) Risk Acknowledgment & Safety

Operating a motorcycle or scooter involves significant inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Bali's traffic conditions present unique challenges including heavy congestion, mixed vehicle types (cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles), unpredictable road surfaces, and varying driving standards. Weather conditions can rapidly change road safety, with sudden rain creating slippery surfaces, reduced visibility, and flash flooding in some areas.

You must ride only within your personal competence level and experience. Never operate a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, medication, or fatigue. Indonesian traffic moves differently than many Western countries—familiarize yourself with local traffic patterns before venturing into heavy traffic areas. Always wear a helmet and protective clothing where legally required, and ideally at all times regardless of legal requirements. Ensure your helmet meets safety standards and fits properly.

Obey all posted speed limits, traffic signs, and local traffic instructions. Be aware that road conditions can vary dramatically—from well-maintained highways to narrow village roads, construction zones, and areas prone to flooding. Stay vigilant for animals, pedestrians, and unmarked hazards. Defensive riding is essential—assume other drivers may not see you and maintain safe following distances. We strongly recommend taking a motorcycle safety course if you're inexperienced, and consider additional travel insurance that specifically covers motorcycle accidents.

4) Eligibility, Identity & Verification

We generally require renters to be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid motorcycle license or International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle endorsement suitable for the engine class you wish to rent. Age and licensing requirements may vary based on vehicle type, rental duration, or seasonal policies—please refer to our current Terms & Conditions for specific requirements. Some vehicles or rental periods may have higher age requirements or additional licensing prerequisites for safety and insurance compliance reasons.

Before vehicle handover, our team will conduct identity and document verification procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian law and our rental policies. This process typically includes requesting clear, legible photos or copies of your passport, emergency contact information, and verified delivery/pickup addresses in Bali. We may also require additional documentation such as proof of accommodation, return flight details, or contact information for local references depending on rental duration and vehicle type. By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and confirm that you are fully responsible for ensuring you possess the necessary skills, experience, and proper valid license to safely operate a motorcycle/scooter in Indonesian traffic conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking (with appropriate refund where applicable) if verification fails, documents are insufficient or suspicious, or if safety or operational concerns arise. This includes situations where the renter appears impaired, lacks proper documentation, provides false information, or demonstrates insufficient riding competency during our brief assessment. Our decision-making prioritizes the safety of all road users and compliance with Indonesian regulations, and such decisions are final.

5) Vehicle Use & Prohibited Activities

Always obey Indonesian traffic laws and carry required documents including the vehicle registration document (STNK), your valid motorcycle license or IDP, and proper identification. You are expected to operate the vehicle responsibly, wear helmets where legally required, and follow all posted speed limits and traffic signs. Prohibited uses include: racing, stunts, competitive events, off-road use, towing other vehicles or trailers, commercial activities (ride-sharing, delivery services), or any unauthorized modifications to the vehicle.

Never operate the vehicle while impaired by alcohol, prescription medications that cause drowsiness, or when experiencing fatigue. Indonesian authorities conduct regular sobriety checkpoints and testing, with severe penalties for impaired driving including immediate arrest and vehicle confiscation. Sub-renting or lending the vehicle to others without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate rental termination and additional fees. Any commercial use of the vehicle voids your rental agreement and may expose you to additional legal liabilities.

Additional drivers must receive our prior written approval and meet the same eligibility requirements as the primary renter, including age, licensing, and verification procedures. Vehicles must remain within Bali unless you receive specific written permission from us to travel to other provinces—unauthorized travel will result in additional fees. Violations of these usage terms may result in immediate rental termination, additional charges, and potential legal action to recover damages or losses.

6) Damage, Loss, Fines & Third‑Party Claims

You are responsible for vehicle damage, loss/theft, traffic/parking fines, penalties, and third‑party claims arising from use of the vehicle. See our Terms & Conditions and your Rental Agreement for fees (e.g., STNK/keys/helmet replacement, fuel). Repairs must be performed at official dealers (Honda/Yamaha/Suzuki) unless we authorise otherwise. Report incidents immediately; police reports may be required.

The renter assumes full financial responsibility for all damage, loss, theft, traffic violations, parking fines, and any third-party claims arising from use of the vehicle during the rental period. This includes but is not limited to: collision damage, theft of the vehicle or its components, lost keys or documentation (STNK replacement costs can exceed IDR 1,000,000), traffic fines, parking violations, and any legal costs associated with accidents or violations. Detailed fee schedules are provided in our Terms & Conditions and rental agreement documents.

All repairs must be performed at authorized official dealers (Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, or manufacturer-approved service centers) unless we provide specific written authorization for alternative repair facilities. Unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed and could result in additional charges. You must report all incidents, accidents, theft, or significant mechanical issues to us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. Police reports are mandatory for theft, accidents involving injury or significant property damage, and may be required for verification purposes. Failure to report incidents promptly may result in additional charges.

7) Insurance & Coverage

Unless expressly stated in your rental agreement, vehicles are not provided with comprehensive insurance coverage by us. Travel/medical insurance is your responsibility. Claims commonly require a valid licence/IDP and a police report. We do not guarantee the scope, availability, or approval of any third‑party insurance claim.

Most rental vehicles do not include comprehensive insurance coverage beyond what may be required by Indonesian law (typically basic third-party liability). You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that specifically covers motorcycle/scooter rental activities, including collision damage, theft, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. Many standard travel insurance policies exclude coverage for motorcycle accidents, so verify your policy details before travel.

Insurance claims typically require extensive documentation including a valid motorcycle license or IDP, police reports for incidents, medical reports for injuries, and proof of proper vehicle operation (following traffic laws, wearing helmets, etc.). We cannot guarantee that any insurance provider will approve claims or provide coverage for specific incidents. Processing times, claim requirements, and coverage decisions are entirely at the discretion of insurance companies, and we are not responsible for denied claims or delayed payments.

8) Pricing, Availability & Substitutions

Rates, fees, promotions, vehicle specifications, and availability may change without prior notice. The final price is confirmed at booking. Currency is typically IDR; card issuers/FX providers may apply their own rates/fees. We may correct typographical errors. If a chosen model is unavailable, a similar class substitution may be offered.

All pricing displayed on our website, promotional materials, or communications is subject to change without notice based on factors including seasonal demand, vehicle availability, fuel costs, government regulations, or operational requirements. The final confirmed price will be established at the time of booking completion and payment processing. Promotional rates, discounts, or special offers may have specific terms, conditions, or validity periods that can change or expire without advance notification.

All prices are generally quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and any currency conversions displayed are for reference only and may not reflect actual exchange rates at the time of payment. Your bank, credit card issuer, or foreign exchange provider may apply their own conversion rates and international transaction fees. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies in vehicle specifications at any time. If your preferred vehicle model is unavailable, we may offer a substitute vehicle of similar class, features, and rental rate, subject to your approval.

9) Bookings, Delivery & Pickup (Estimates)

Delivery/pickup time windows are estimates and can vary with traffic or operational constraints. Acceptance at delivery includes a brief condition review; we may record photos/video as evidence. Free delivery thresholds and paid delivery fees (generally IDR 100,000–350,000) are defined in the Terms and may vary by location. Cancellation/extension/early return rules are governed by the Terms and local policies.

Delivery and pickup times are estimates only and may be affected by Bali's traffic conditions, weather, operational constraints, vehicle availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to meet scheduled delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact timing. During peak seasons (holidays, festivals) or adverse weather conditions, delays may be more frequent and longer than usual. We recommend allowing flexible scheduling around important appointments or flights.

Vehicle acceptance includes a mandatory condition review where you'll inspect the vehicle with our delivery team. We document the vehicle's condition through photos and/or video recording for evidence and dispute resolution purposes. This process protects both parties and typically takes 5-15 minutes. Free delivery is available for rentals meeting minimum thresholds (varies by location and season), while paid delivery fees generally range from IDR 100,000 to IDR 350,000 depending on distance and location accessibility. Cancellation, modification, and early return policies are detailed in our Terms & Conditions and may vary based on rental duration, notice period, and local operational requirements.

10) Website, App & "BETA" Features — No Warranties

The website, app, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (including completeness, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or timeliness). Features labelled BETA may be unstable, incomplete, or change/retire without notice.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on our website, in our communications, or through our booking system. Information about vehicles, availability, pricing, routes, local attractions, weather, or road conditions may be outdated, inaccurate, or subject to rapid change. We specifically disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility.

Features marked as "BETA," experimental, or in testing phases may be unstable, contain errors, or be discontinued without notice. Your use of such features is at your own risk, and we provide no guarantees about their functionality, security, or continued availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website, booking system, or services without prior notice and without liability to users.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV BBDINDOKAYA, its owners, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the website, our content, or your reliance on it. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction are not excluded.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims and causes of action, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, or any other legal theory. We shall not be liable for: loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; interruption of business; loss of data or information; personal injury or death (except where caused by our gross negligence); property damage; or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where liability limitations are not permitted or are restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific rental giving rise to the claim. These limitations are fundamental elements of our agreement and shall survive any termination or expiration of your rental agreement.

12) External Links & Third‑Party Services

External links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices. Directions/ETAs (e.g., via Google Maps) can be inaccurate due to traffic, weather, or closures—use judgement and local signage.

Our website, communications, and booking system may contain links to third-party websites, services, maps, or applications that are not owned or controlled by CV BBDINDOKAYA. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes, and their inclusion does not imply our approval or recommendation.

Third-party services such as Google Maps, weather services, or route planning applications may provide outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete information due to traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, construction, or data limitations. Always use your own judgment and refer to local signage, current road conditions, and official sources when navigating. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on third-party information or services. Your interaction with third-party websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13) Affiliate Relationships & Sponsorships

Some posts may include affiliate links or sponsored content. We may receive a commission for qualifying purchases. Sponsored content is clearly labelled. These relationships do not influence our editorial conclusions.

Our website, blog posts, social media content, or communications may contain affiliate marketing links or sponsored content for products and services that we believe may be of interest to our customers. We may receive financial compensation, commissions, or other benefits when you click on these links or make purchases through them. This includes partnerships with travel insurance providers, accommodation booking platforms, tour operators, equipment suppliers, or other travel-related services.

Editorial independence is maintained—affiliate relationships and sponsorships do not influence our honest opinions, reviews, or recommendations. We only promote products and services we believe provide genuine value to travelers in Bali. All sponsored content, paid partnerships, and affiliate relationships are clearly disclosed using terms such as "sponsored," "partnership," "affiliate link," or similar transparent labeling. You are never obligated to use affiliate links or sponsored services, and choosing alternative providers will not affect your rental experience with us.

14) User‑Generated Content (UGC)

Comments, messages, and uploads from users represent their own opinions and not those of the Company. We may moderate or remove content that violates law or our policies.

User-generated content includes but is not limited to: comments on our website or social media, messages sent through our platforms, photos or videos shared with us, reviews, testimonials, or any other content submitted by customers or website visitors. All user content represents the personal opinions, experiences, and views of the individual users and does not necessarily reflect the opinions, policies, or positions of CV BBDINDOKAYA. We do not verify the accuracy of user statements or endorse user opinions.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content that violates Indonesian law, our community guidelines, or platform policies. This includes content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, promotes illegal activities, violates intellectual property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate. Users remain responsible for their own content and may face legal consequences for illegal or harmful posts. By submitting content, users grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, or share their content for business purposes, though we respect user privacy and will not share personal information without consent.

15) Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect personal data. We do not allow third‑party AI providers to train on reader personal data.

Our comprehensive Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information throughout your rental experience. This includes identity verification data, booking information, payment details, location data, vehicle condition documentation, and communication records. We implement robust security measures including SSL encryption, secure authentication systems, and access controls to protect your sensitive information from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

We maintain strict AI data protection policies—your personal conversations, messages, booking details, and profile information are not used to train third-party AI systems or machine learning models. When we use AI tools for customer support or content generation, we process only minimal, anonymized data where possible. Your privacy rights include access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion requests, and control over marketing communications. For detailed information about data retention periods, international transfers, cookies, and your rights under applicable privacy laws, please review our complete Privacy Policy.

16) Service Availability & Interruptions

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the website, fleet, or services. Maintenance, outages, force majeure events, or third‑party failures may temporarily affect access or functionality.

Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers. We strive to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice when possible, but some interruptions may be unexpected or unavoidable. During peak seasons or adverse weather conditions, vehicle availability and delivery services may be limited or delayed.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, website downtime, booking system failures, or temporary unavailability of vehicles or services. This includes missed flights, delayed travel plans, alternative transportation costs, or lost business opportunities. We recommend maintaining flexible travel schedules and having contingency plans for critical transportation needs. Service availability may also be affected by local regulations, safety concerns, or operational requirements beyond our control.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or network outages.

Force majeure events include but are not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, floods, landslides), extreme weather conditions, pandemics or health emergencies, government regulations or restrictions, civil unrest, terrorism, war, labor strikes, infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such events may prevent us from fulfilling rental agreements, delivering vehicles, or providing normal services.

During force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions and communicate with affected customers about alternative arrangements or refund options. However, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, additional costs, or other consequences resulting from force majeure circumstances. In such situations, rental agreements may be suspended, modified, or terminated without penalty to either party. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers force majeure events and trip interruption.

18) Communications

Operational updates may occur via WhatsApp, email, phone, or in‑app messaging. Delivery may be delayed by network issues. For urgent matters during hours (08:00–18:00 WITA), please WhatsApp us; call if needed.

Primary communication channels include WhatsApp messaging (+62 859-5481-2850), email correspondence (info@bali-ramah-scooter-rental.id), direct phone calls, and in-app notifications through our booking system. We provide operational updates about deliveries, pickups, weather conditions, road closures, or service changes through these channels. Message delivery may be affected by network connectivity, international roaming limitations, spam filters, or technical issues with communication providers.

Response times vary depending on communication method and time of day. WhatsApp messages sent during business hours (08:00–18:00 WITA) typically receive responses within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Email inquiries are generally answered within 24 hours. For urgent matters outside business hours—such as emergencies, accidents, or critical vehicle issues—WhatsApp is preferred, but you may also call directly. We maintain emergency contact availability for serious safety concerns, though response times may be longer during overnight hours or local holidays.

19) Personal Property

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in or on the vehicle at any time.

Personal belongings and valuables left in rental vehicles are entirely at your own risk. This includes but is not limited to: electronics, cameras, jewelry, documents, cash, clothing, luggage, helmets, and any other personal items stored in compartments, attached to the vehicle, or left unattended. We do not provide security monitoring, storage services, or insurance coverage for personal property associated with rental vehicles.

We strongly recommend never leaving valuable items unattended on or in rental vehicles, even when parked in apparently secure locations. Theft of personal property from motorcycles and scooters is common throughout Bali, particularly in tourist areas, parking lots, beaches, and shopping centers. Use hotel safes, carry valuables with you, and consider purchasing personal property insurance as part of your travel coverage. Any personal property left in vehicles during returns, repairs, or extended storage periods may be removed and discarded after 30 days without notification.

20) Payments & Refunds

Prices, fees, deposits, and promotions may change; final charges are confirmed at booking/delivery. Currency amounts are generally in IDR. Refunds and cancellations follow the Terms and local policies; chargebacks for valid services may be disputed.

Payment processing and currency: All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. International credit cards are accepted, but your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or international processing fees. Exchange rates used for currency conversion are determined by your bank or payment provider and may differ from rates displayed on our website or other sources.

Refund and cancellation policies vary based on rental duration, advance notice provided, vehicle type, and seasonal demand factors. Detailed refund schedules are outlined in our Terms & Conditions and confirmed at booking. Chargeback disputes: If you initiate a credit card chargeback for services that were legitimately provided according to your rental agreement, we will provide documentation to your card issuer demonstrating service delivery. False chargebacks may result in account suspension and potential legal action to recover costs and damages.

21) Jurisdiction, Venue & Governing Language

This site is operated by CV BBDINDOKAYA in Indonesia. Indonesian law governs any disputes, subject to non‑excludable consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Where legally permitted, the venue is Denpasar, Bali. The governing language is English; translations are for convenience only and do not modify the English version.

Governing law and jurisdiction: This disclaimer, our Terms & Conditions, rental agreements, and all related disputes are governed by Indonesian law and the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in Indonesian courts with proper jurisdiction, preferably in Denpasar, Bali, unless prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction. Non-excludable consumer protections that apply under your local laws (such as European consumer rights or other mandatory protections) are not waived by this agreement.

Language and translations: The authoritative and governing language of this disclaimer and all related agreements is English. Any translations provided into other languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, French, etc.) are offered solely for convenience and informational purposes. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and translated versions, the English language version shall prevail and control. Legal interpretation, dispute resolution, and contract enforcement will be based exclusively on the English language terms.

22) Changes, Severability & Waiver

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

Updates and modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice via email, website notifications, or other communication methods. Your continued use of our website, services, or rental vehicles after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer terms.

Severability and enforcement: If any provision of this disclaimer is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be interpreted in a manner that most closely achieves the original intent while maintaining enforceability. Waiver provisions: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this disclaimer does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be explicit and in writing. No single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, or power shall preclude other or further exercise of rights, remedies, or powers.

17. Insurance & Coverage

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise in your rental agreement, vehicles are not provided with comprehensive insurance coverage by us
  • Travel insurance (if any) is your responsibility; claims often require a valid licence/IDP and police report
  • We do not guarantee the scope, availability, or approval of any third‑party insurance claim

Consider purchasing additional coverage that specifically addresses motorcycle rental activities in Indonesia.

18. Payments, Charges & Refunds

  • Prices, fees, deposits, and promotions may change; final charges are confirmed at booking/delivery
  • Currency: amounts are generally in IDR; card issuers/FX providers may apply their own rates/fees
  • Refunds and cancellations follow the Terms and local policies; chargebacks for valid services may be disputed

We recommend checking with your bank about international transaction policies before making payments.

19. Maintenance & Breakdowns

  • Contact us immediately for mechanical issues; we will provide guidance and next steps
  • We are not liable for consequential losses (missed flights/tours, etc.) due to breakdowns or delays
  • Unauthorised repairs may not be reimbursed; use official dealers unless we approve otherwise

Immediate response for mechanical issues: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+62 859-5481-2850) for any mechanical problems, warning lights, unusual sounds, or performance issues. We will provide troubleshooting guidance, arrange roadside assistance if needed, or direct you to the nearest authorized service center. Do not attempt major repairs yourself or continue riding if the vehicle shows signs of serious mechanical problems, as this may result in additional charges and create safety risks.

Breakdown liability limitations: While we maintain our vehicles to high standards, mechanical breakdowns can occur due to factors beyond our control including normal wear, extreme weather conditions, road conditions, or manufacturing defects. We are not liable for consequential losses, missed flights, delayed tours, alternative transportation costs, lost business opportunities, or other indirect damages resulting from vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, or service interruptions. We recommend maintaining flexible travel schedules and having backup transportation plans for critical appointments.

20. Personal Property

21. Communications

  • Operational updates may occur via WhatsApp, email, or phone; message delivery can be delayed by network issues
  • For urgent matters, please use WhatsApp during operating hours (8AM–6PM WITA) and call if needed

22. Maps & Routing

Directions and ETAs may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., Google Maps) and can be inaccurate due to traffic, weather, or closures. Use your judgment and local signage.

Navigation and mapping services provided through our website, communications, or recommendations may utilize third-party providers such as Google Maps, Waze, or other routing applications. These services may provide outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete information due to road construction, traffic conditions, weather events, temporary closures, or data limitations. Map accuracy can vary significantly in rural areas, mountainous regions, or newly developed areas of Bali.

Always use your own judgment and refer to local signage, current road conditions, and official sources when navigating. Estimated travel times may not account for traffic congestion (common in areas like Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud), weather delays, or seasonal events. Road conditions in Bali can change rapidly due to rain, construction, festivals, or local events. We recommend allowing extra travel time and having backup routes planned for important appointments. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on third-party navigation information or mapping services.

23. Force Majeure
